'The Hub'

In February 2025 Primal Instincts opened its first physical location for men. Located in central square, Telford town centre the hub provides men with a safe space to come and be free of their current troubles.

The Hub is run by our team of volunteers, men who have lived some difficult times and now want to help other men. Inside the hub we have a pool table, darts board, piano, retro games console and a kitchen area for those valuable hot drinks.

The hub opening times vary each week dependant on the volunteer availability, if you need any help and the hub is closed then please contact us on 0800 593 0200 or on Whatsapp via the same number.

Each Wednesday we host our Talking Circle at the hub which begins at 18:00, in the next few months more activities will be added to the schedule at the hub.
